1. Service Description and Operating Model

1.1 Service Nature: ecomVance operates as an intermediary platform that facilitates access to third-party artificial intelligence processing services. ecomVance does not operate proprietary AI models. 1.4 Third-Party Dependency: You acknowledge and agree that ecomVance's Service is entirely dependent on the availability, performance, and policies of Third-Party Providers. ecomVance makes no guarantees regarding: (a) continuous availability of third-party services; (b) processing speed or quality of third-party AI models; (c) consistency of third-party service pricing; (d) third-party content moderation decisions; (e) third-party service interruptions, maintenance, or deprecation.

1.5 No Liability for Third-Party Actions: ecomVance is not responsible for any errors, delays, interruptions, failures, incorrect outputs, biased results, or policy changes originating from Third-Party Providers. You agree that any claims related to AI processing quality, accuracy, bias, or availability must be directed to the applicable Third-Party Provider in accordance with their terms of service.
